Navigating the world of fitness can be frustrating and potentially lead to injury. Deciding what to do and how much is an important first step! Our coaches educate, lead, and hold you accountable for your fitness routine.
We prescribe exercise in the following way:
Frequency: How many times per week you workout.
Intensity: How hard you exercise based on current fitness levels and goals.
Duration: How long your exercise bout lasts.
Mode: What is the best exercises for you, and how to perform them correctly
Progression: How to monitor your progress and increase gradually in order to safely reach the next level of fitness.
